We offer delivery worldwide, except from Russia. The prices you see on the website are the total prices you will pay + shipping. Local duties and taxes are included.
Ordering
Once you have selected your product, you will see small circles that indicate the colour options for this product. Click on your desired colour and the size. The sizes and colours available in stock will be visible when you choose either a colour or a size. Click on the button ‘Add to cart’ to confirm.
The product(s) you want to purchase will be placed in your basket. Continue shopping, or move forward to the checkout. Fill in the acquired information to complete the order. As soon as you have completed the purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Another email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Occasionally, products could appear as available when they are not. If this occurs for your chosen product(s), you will get an email from us as soon as possible, and you may change your order accordingly.
Lillelam reserves the right to make changes in regards to pictures concerning colour nuances, updated adjustments in production or other.
If using discount codes, only one code can be used pr order.

We use Klarna as our payment solution, as it is an easy and safe way to shop. Depending on your country, you can choose to pay by invoice or direct payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If choosing invoice, it will be sent to you directly from Klarna to your registered email address when your order has been shipped.
Klarna Payment options
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: Germany, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
- Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Germany, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
- Card Payments: Available in all countries. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Shipping and delivery
We offer delivery worldwide, except for Russia.
The prices you see are the total prices you will pay + shipping. Local duties and taxes are included.
For orders til United Kingdom, the minimum order value is EUR 150 due to new tax regulations after Brexit.
The handling and shipping of your order will take maximum 1 week. We ship all orders with DHL Express delivery, and delivery times are normally 1-3 days. Delivery to Europe is a fixed price of € 13. For the rest of the world the price is € 23.
Our shipping partner, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
– Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
– Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
– Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point
Claims and returns
If you would like to return your purchased product, or have received a product with faults, please contact us by email at flokken@lillelam.no before you send your items to us. We will consider if it is a valid claim or not, and offer a new product or money back.
If you regret your purchase you can return your order within 14 days after your receive your order to get a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Costs related to returns are on the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipment and we recommend shipping with tracking to make sure you always keep track of your parcel. We will notify you once we have received your return. The refund will be processed thereafter.
