Our washing symbols

It can be confusing with the different washing symbols found on the tag in ones clothes. What does it really mean? Can I put the woolen clothes in the dryer and what temperature do I need to use?

Here you can see the correct explanation for the washing symbols found in the Lillelam clothes.

The garment can be machine washed on a very gentle program / wool program at 40 ° C. Remember not to wash with more than half a load in the machine at a time. It is very important to use detergent intended for wool and silk.

The garment does not withstand chlorine bleaching.

The garment can be dried in a dryer, at low temperature and a gentle program / wool program. If you do not have this program on your dryer, you need to hang / dry your clothes as usual.

The garment can be ironed or heat rolled at 110 ° C, then the wool fiber will also  straighten out and the garment stays in good condition for longer.

The garment can be professionally cleaned with perchlorethylene with limited moisture supply, mechanical load and temperature.
